The ZT-300 Monitor is a revolutionary line of heart rate monitors that automatically track and display heart rate intensity as a percentage of maximum heart rate. The ZT-300 Monitor eliminates the need for calculations and they are easy to use. You simply enter your age, weight and gender and the computer calculates your maximum heart rate. The monitor can display both the beats per minute and percentage of the maximum heart rate, allowing you to correlate your beats per minute.
