-Machined steel sleeves on 30mm fatigue proof bars.
-Snap ring design with shoulder bolt used to fix rotating sleeves onto bar.
-Locking compound paste applied to shoulder bolt, torqued to 130 psi, assuing perfect fit.
-Finished with black oxide.
