-Snap ring design with shoulder bolt used to fix rotating sleeves onto bar.
-Locking compound paste applied to shoulder bolt, torqued to 130 psi, assuing perfect fit.
-Finished with durable industrial hard chrome.
-Industrial hard chrome does not chip, flake, or peel.
