Overview: This is the largest and most efficient core training unit on the market today. The rack consists of 3 main components. A half rack with a 6’x8’ lifting platform with 2’ insert with adjustable band training attachment, a full cage power rack with adjustable band training attachment, and an additional half rack on the end with adjustable lock in 3 position Phase bench. It also has bumper plate storage, bar storage, and regular plate storage on each side. The rack comes with a fixed chin bar and adjustable swiveling chin bar.
