6025 Power Rack

Overview: This is a free weight Power rack with adjustable safty rail slides moved with pop pins. Bar hooks are also double pop pin activated and non removable. Top spreader has a chin bar on it.

Dimensions are W48" x L48" x H90" Weight 250 lb.



Materials: High-grade mechanical 11g steel, 2 x4, 2 x 3, & 2 x 2 tubing is our standard frame. All machines are built heavy, functional, adjustable, with great aesthetic appeal to the user. All bolts are S.A.E. grade 5. All nuts are nylon filled lock nuts.



Painting: Baked-on powder coated epoxy paints are used for a tough durable finish. All equipment accent parts are painted Wrinkle Black. The frame colors are chosen by customer. Stock colors: white, gloss black, wrinkle black, clear, yellow, and pearl gray. Equipment runs through a six stage washer system: pre-wash with caustic wash and rinse, Phosphatized for paint adhesion and rinse, Phosphatized again to seal metal from oven at 275 degrees for 10 minutes, T.G.C.I. powder coat paint is electrostatically applied for maximum coverage in a paint booth that is atmospherically controlled, the powder coat application shall be 3-7 mills and the paint is baked at 400 degrees, plus or minus 3 degrees for 30-minutes.
