The Phase Rack:
· Rack with 48, fits standard Olympic Power bars.
· Three (3) sets of dual system uprights. Backset of up right is 2x3 11gage tubing designated for weight storage with (5) -1 7/8 diameter plate horns per side.

The plate has an L-shaped slot Laser cut 1 1/16 wide, and slots are 2 in depth from the horizontal inward slot. All slot bottoms are at 4 on center. L-Slot system catches then use a (2) 1 steel pin Pulse welded (a high penetration mig welding system 80,000 P.S.I. per pass) to back plate; pins protrude 3/8 to the inside to seat in the L-slot. Catch is built out of ½ plate steel formed and Pulse welded into a (3) sided locking devise. Ό ABS plastic screwed on inside of catch for upright paint protection. Also Όx3 ABS plastic strip is screwed on the outside of the 3x3 as a scuff plate for the catches to avoid paint damage to rack.
· Front uprights, (2) approx. 4 high are designated for various lifting exercises. Uprights are also fitted with matching L-slot plates facing inward toward opposing L-slots on middle uprights to enable the safety catches to be mounted to rack. Numbers stamped in the L-slots for quick adjustments.
· Front and rear uprights are not connected in the overhead position and remain open. Uprights are connected left & right side by (2) 3x2 tubes welded to stabilize the front uprights to the rest of the rack. · All uprights are braced and secured to each other to form a complete stable self-supporting racking system.
· Safety catches (or crash bars) are made out of 3x3 7 gage tubing 39.25 in length. A 1 steel rod 40 runs though the topside of the 3x3 and is welded at each end of the capped ends. 1 rods stick out each end 3/8 and fits into the L-slot system for mounting and adjustment. Safety has locking device, when safety is turned over while mounted in the L-slot plates, lock is engaged, it raises the safety 2 giving the user a 2 adjustment on the safety catches. Safeties will move or rotate if user hits it during the movement.
· L-slot system is self-locking and prevents attachments from coming loose, and also allows for fast easy adjustment of those attachments.
· Safety catches are approx. 39.5 in length and are covered top & bottom in Όx3 ABS plastic strips is screwed on to them.
· Bar Catch (or hooks) are self-locking on to the L-slot plates by way describe above.
· Hooks are removed by lifting up 2 and then pulled out in a horizontal motion to release from the L-slot plate and from around the upright. Put on in the reverse manner. Hook has a 2x2 7-gage tube pulse welded to it and then a 1.5 diameter 1018 drilled and taped rod is then welded into the 2x2. On the end id mounted a 3000 LB 1 7/8 cam follower.
