5280 Adjustable Dual sit up Boards

Frame is built from 3x2, 2x2, & 4x2 11-gage tubing all mig welded.

-All open-end tubes are steel capped, welded, and ground smooth.

-Base 3x2 tubes are cut at a 45 degree and ¼”x2x4 floor mount plates with ½” hole are welded to the end.

-Base has (2) 2x2 chromed adjustment slide tubes that bolt in. Dual sit up boards adjusts via a ½” pop pin and can be placed side by side or opposing each other.

-Backrest pad assembly is adjustable from 10-40 degree.

-Upper pad assembly has adjustable foot catch consisting of a set of round rollers accepted by a pop pin.

-Foot catch calf rollers are elevated above back pad to relax hip erectors from the crunch movement.

-This dual set of rollers is adjustable up and down and in and out to fit the user’s leg length.

-Second sit up board has only an adjustable foot catch roller.

-Both boards have well padded 18x48 back pad.

-Dimensions are W45" x L75" x H42” Weight 150 lb.
