1100 Dumbbell Pullover Bench

This is a unique free weight bench designed to perform two exercises. A dumbbell pullover and a tricep press. The bench provides a safe platform to work from keeping the user in good form with his feet locked in to an adjustable foot rest and the back supported on a pivoting back pad and their but on a seat. The dumbbell has a rack between the legs for a safe easy place to put the dumbbell. No straining the rotator in placing the dumbbell beside you, as on a flat bench.

Free weight Pullover bench frame construction is High-grade mechanical 11g steel, 2 x 3, & 2 x 2 tubing.

-All steel tubing is steel capped, welded, and ground smooth.

-High density ¼” plastic scuff guards on all wear areas.

-Dumbbell rest hold up to 8" diameter Dumbbells.

-A 12” x 12” seat and an 8” floor height.

-All bolts are S.A.E. grade 5. All nuts are nylon filled lock nuts.

-Dimensions are W30” x L70” x H36” Weight 100 lbs.
