The GoFit Neoprene Shorts feature a thin layer of neoprene covered on both sides, with a four-way stretch nylon fabric and zipper closure. The materials that comprise the neoprene shorts are designed to retain the natural body heat as well as to provide compression to the inner thighs, buttocks and mid-section.

These shorts can be worn during all types of exercise; we actually recommend it. By acting as a barrier to your body heat, your muscle groups stay warm and relaxed at the same time that your body's perspiration is increasing.
