The WOW™ is a versatile hand-held exercise device that can be used for elite levels of sports conditioning as well as the beginning stages of rehabilitation, and anywhere in between. The WOW™ offers the unique ability to change resistance levels without having to change products, just by performing slower or faster contractions. The WOW™ allows patients to perform 60 to 180 hand muscle repetitions in just one minute. The repetitive rhythmic resistance of these constant contractions enhances coordination and muscle memory to improve sports performance. The WOW™ can also reduce muscle soreness and the risk of injury, making it an ideal warm-up and cool-down product. This product also tones and resets, bringing symmetry to a patient’s muscles.

Also available, the 60” WOW™ creates an environment that is specific to the user’s tasks and job by allowing the upper body to move through its full range of motion. This makes the 60” WOW™ an ideal tool for functional training, conditioning and rehabilitation. The 60” WOW™ can also be used for core strengthening and the lower body for hip, knee and leg exercises.
