Hosted and created by Dan Isaacson, personal trainer to hundreds of high visibility celebrities, this work-along video was created out of a test study with the Los Angeles Fire Department and is the only one of its kind for use with the Total Gym.

Exercises described in this video apply to all Total Gym models, however the featured model in this video is the Total Gym XL.
