The Adjustable Curl Bench attaches to the top of the glideboard to provide stable support for the arms for better targeting of the biceps during Arm Curls. Simply slide the Adjustable Curl Bench attachment over the end of the glideboard, reattach the cable to the glideboard, and you're ready for an intense biceps and lower arm workout.
Application
The Adjustable Curl Bench is excellent for biceps and forearm development and strengthening. It facilitates Preacher Curls, Concentration Curls, Reverse Curls, Wrist Curls, Reverse Wrist Curls and various other upper and lower arm exercises.
